Pit Krew Drop in Pass @TheShopGym $20 • Unlimited visits for 1 week • This pass allows entrance into The Shop Gym and participation in a Pit Krew workout. You must let Katie know what class you will be attending so we can plan the workout and staffing appropriately. Our classes are meant to introduce you to the intimidating world of squats, deadlifts, and weight machines for every body part. However, it is also a great cross training class for powerlifters and bodybuilders. We accept you as you are. Beginner to advanced athletes will be pushed. A Pit Krew is a team of people coming together to push and support each others journey. We are building a Pit Krew family and we want you to be a part of it. Pit Krew 4 Punch Pass @TheShopGym $60 • 1 visit per Week for 1 month • This pass allows entrance into The Shop Gym and participation in 4 Pit Krew workouts each month. Clients are encouraged to have a Shop Gym membership, JOIN OUR FAM!

Pit Krew 8 Punch Pass @TheShopGym $115 • 8 visits per Month for 1 month • This pass allows entrance into The Shop Gym and participation in 8 Pit Krew workouts per month. Pit Krew 1 Month Membership @TheShopGym $165 every month • Unlimited visits • This pass allows for unlimited Pit Krew small group workouts per month. Pit Krew One on One Coaching with KT @TheShop 1 day a week $100 every month • Unlimited visits • Thirty minute personal training sessions at The Shop Gym. Clients are encouraged to have a Shop Gym membership, JOIN OUR FAM! Participants will be expected to warm up before our workout for 15 minutes and cool down 15 minutes. I will give you a warm up and cool down to do on your own. I will measure you and take pictures every 2 months.

Pit Krew Group Training @ThePit $99 every month • 3 visits per Week • This plan is for those registering for:

-3 days a week at The Pit (Katies home studio)

Options for meal plans, group challenges, additional days, personal training are available for additional charges.

*This $99 plan is only available to those who commit to one year on an automatic withdraw. Plan can be cancelled without penalty with a 30 day notice.

Online meal plan $100 • Unlimited visits for 12 months • A customized meal plan for you.

Online Workouts $100 every month • Unlimited visits • Clients will receive 5 workouts intended to be done each week for 4 weeks. Splits will change to keep your body confused.
This is an example of how I would breakdown the workouts weekly.
Monday- leg day
Tuesday- Chest
Wednesday- plyo
Thursday- Back
Friday- Arm
You do these workouts for 4 weeks. Each month you get a new set of workouts.

Online coaching meal plan + workouts $175 • Unlimited visits for 1 month • All coaching will be done via email. You will receive a monthly workout plan that will include fun, exciting, and different workouts that will insure you do NOT get bored. Workouts will include weighted and cardiovascular exercises. Having a gym is necessary. Katie will come up with a delicious meal plan monthly that will keep your taste buds happy and will be customized for YOU! You will be expected to check in weekly with Katie. Weigh ins and progress pictures are expected every 2 weeks.

WINE AND DINE $150 • Unlimited visits for 1 week •
